Thank you for your great work and for creating such a nurturing, friendly, caring, and supportive environment, in which Ella could grow and develop. We would like to thank a few teachers in particular: Becky and Emma, who have helped Ella during her time in the baby unit with their warm and enthusiastic demeanor, especially during her tough first weeks. Alex and Andrea, who were Ella’s first key workers in the big group and supported her so well, especially in her speech and language development. And not to forget that ‘Lady Alex’ (as Ella still likes to call her) has been an important supportive presence, particularly on an emotional level. Lastly Nicola and Beth, who have been Ella’s key workers for the last few months and who have further engaged her playfully to develop and get ready for school. Thanks again for making her last few years so enjoyable and for playing a part in her becoming who she is today.
