Are you a creative and reflective leader? We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to manage the day-to-day running of our nursery rooms. You will supervise staff, maintain a high-quality learning environment, and use your skills to continually improve practice. A Level 3 qualification in childcare and experience motivating a team are essential.
Available Roles:

Role One: 18 hours per week (Mon/Tue 09:00–17:30, Wed 09:00–12:00)

Role Two: 19.5 hours per week (Wed 13:00–17:30, Thu/Fri 09:00–17:30) Maternity cover until Oct 2026
